Oh What a Brunch
Thanks a BRUNCH! Seriously though, thank you to EVERYONE who participated in Sunday July 17th 2022 brunch. When you sell out the night before, you know you must be doing something right! Our chef Sujan, under the eye of Ray went above and beyond, and our great Bradley Farm crew was assisted by Andy Esterman, loyal friend of the farm. The only thing better than the food and the Bloody Mary’s was our wonderful friends, neighbors and customers who came. Kudos to the first timers, we think you will be back! For those who missed it, here is what we served:
(1) Farm raised eggs benedict on an English muffin with hollandaise sauce- side of seasoned roasted carola potatoes, farm raised thick slab smoked bacon, seasonal farm greens and a homemade farm honey infused corn muffin. Ray’s personal fav!
(2) Fluffy cinnamon brioche french toast with blueberry coulis served with NYS Maple Syrup-side of seasoned roasted carola potatoes, farm raised thick slab smoked bacon, seasonal farm greens and a homemade farm honey infused corn muffin.
(3) Seasonal farm veggie herb frittata made with farm raised eggs-side of seasoned roasted carola potatoes, farm raised thick slab smoked bacon, seasonal farm greens and a homemade farm honey infused corn muffin.
Stay tuned as we will announce the date for the next brunch!
